Even among the few who roam the Condemned Zone, even fewer dare to visit Hope due to the high concentration of [[Rampant]]s. The most common type to inhabit the area are Revenants, which local folklore says are the souls of innocent civilians who perished in the Virtual Wars.

The Harrison family - [[Joshua Harrison]], [[Seraphina Harrison]] and [[Angela Harrison]] - used to live here. They managed to evacuate from the most violent areas and into a nearby refugee camp. Seraphina, however, would eventually disappear later on during the course of the war.
