			Rook is an old, Gothic town under some sort of mysterious influence, likely some sort of device emitting a psionic resonance. The locals give blank, expressionless stares and mutter incoherent phrases. A coven of technokinetics treat them as best as they can. An updated vrNet firewall seems to prevent the effects, but they do little for those who already are manifesting the systems.
