Having been founded following the PHIA Phorce's response to a major Rampant outbreak in [[Port Oraulan]], the Phan Club specializes in documenting the news and exploits about all of the PHIA Phorce. In many respects, the site treats the PHIA Phorce as if they were celebrities - containing detailed bios about their upbringings and whatever their most recent accomplishments were. Fans have also put together a codex of Rampants that the PHIA Phorce has faced, often putting together strategies on how to defeat them in hopes of helping their heroes in some way.

The Phan Club is also a news site where Rampant sightings are documented along with any other points of interest where they believe the PHIA Phorce may be able to help out. While they try to remain neutral, the site has had a history of politically themed articles and discussions with particularly heated discussions surrounding [[Virtuoso]].
