==Geography==
Due to the scarcity of metals in the region, most buildings were constructed out of brick and stone. Many of these scattered ruins can still be found all throughout the Condemned Zone today although many structures have succumbed to nature.

In the past, Wiravarg was once covered in vibrant, colorful wetlands and marshes. However, during a war between Wiravarg and the [[Taranis|Taranis Empire]], a dirty bomb was detonated that polluted the marshes and the local water supply. Despite the Federation's attempts to provide aid, the kingdom destablized as the local population either succumbed to the radiation or fled the area. Even to this day, the area still carries scars of this war, and it was only further compounded by the [[Virtual Wars]].

Surprisingly, despite the swamps being polluted and filled with toxic chemicals, the local wildlife has thrived by mutating due to the radiation. Much of this mutated wildlife however is incredibly hostile and will attack humans on site. Naturally, any bodies of water are unsafe to drink from or swim in due to the presence of flesh eating bacteria, parasites and giant leeches.

===Class system===
Wiravarg was known to have a complex social class system filled with hierarchies of various nobles. Those with the most direct lineage from families from Loupa were considered of higher social status.

Humans were largely considered second-class citizens. [[Hybrid]]s were looked down upon as half-breeds even further and were usually forced into unpaid labor or other unpleasant jobs. It is thought that this practice fueled the resentment of the Hybrid nations in the [[Ateno Desert]] with some organizations such as the [[Panthera Sisterhood]] still holding grudges many centuries later.
===High society===
To avoid having to "tarnish" their bloodline, some werewolf families were known to marry their cousins for the sake of maintaining "blood purity". The resulting consequences were many of them having genetic abnormalities, particularly exhibiting grotesque, asymmetrical faces with many physical deformities. Despite this, many embraced their monstrous looks for the sake of intimidating others.

A few noble houses such as the Hydecroft family were far more noble. They openly encouraged intermarrying with humans, partly due to the influence of [[Duncan Hydecroft]] who had what was described as a wholesome fondness for catgirls. He would put together elaborate tea parties and masquerade dances, inviting all to come no matter they be werewolf, human or hybrid. While the other werewolf families looked upon him with disdain, Duncan was highly successful in ensuring the continuation of his bloodline, which still exists today.
