PHIA is the leader of the PHIA Phorce.

History

PHIA grew up on the peaceful agrarian world of Talu 4. She eventually developed an interest in vtubing although Talu 4's remote location in the galaxy made it difficult to reach out to the wider galaxy. After saving up enough money, she moved to the planet Yeddo start her career as a vtuber.
