Mimi's Milkshakes is a diner located in Port Oraulan, Yeddo. It is owned by Mimi Delphi, grandmother to Sophia Delphi. While it has its origins as a small milkshake bar, it eventually expanded its business into a full on restaurant with a particular focus on breakfast foods and desserts.
One of the highlights of the restaurant is that it does not use a food synthesizer in the creation of its dishes, including the signature milkshakes. It uses real ingredients imported from the Midori District, a green location that was once a series of ancient aeroponics bays.
