PHIA grew up in the Midori Gardens region of Yeddo. She eventually developed an interest in vtubing and eventually moved to Oraulan Shores where she would begin attending the University of Oraulan.
PHIA is not particularly fond of the Mogus. As a child, a Mogus once broke into her house to steal her virtual reality headset. The police were never able to track it down.
