Ara MacKenzie is a macaw that served in the Virtual Wars as a quartermaster. She was in the same unit as Bouncer. Years later, the two work together at the Onion Arcade where Ara is an accountant.

Appearance

Ara is rainbow in color with predominantely red, yellow and green feathers. She wears a sling over one of her shoulders with various pouches. One of her left talons has been replaced by a prosthetic.

Personality

Ara is very focused with a keen attention to detail. She finds herself making intricate plans to accomplish her goals, though she gets upset if those plans are interrupted or changed drastically.

Should those plans ever come into place, Ara will take the opportunity to do traveling across Yeddo as a sight seer. She enjoys sampling different types of food though she has a particular affinity for salty snacks.

Skills

One of Ara's specialties is delivering supplies very quickly through non-electronic means to get past EM wave disruptions. Ara is also exceptionally gifted at mathematics. Her ability to process numbers and spatial puzzles rivals conventional calculators.

With a reinforced exoskeleton around her talons, she can pick up large objects that are normally too heavy for a macaw.
