PHIAjellyfish is a parallel counterpart to PHIA from Universe PH-323, an alternate reality where although the Blackout never happened, the Oracle continued its oppressive reign over the galaxy. When the virtual world of Tevaris fell, Phiara Lagomorphos fled to the icy moon Cnidaria and established a hidden colony in its subsurface oceans. Human society was able to continue without the watchful gaze of the Oracle, and PHIAjellyfish is a direct descendant of that version of Phiara Lagomorphos.

Personality
As her namesake suggests, her favorite animal is a jellyfish. In her spare time, she runs an underwater-themed media show about virtual reality.
