Cistern Town is a makeshift shanty town filled with refugees that fled from Taranis as well as travelers who became stranded in the Oraulan East Condemned Zone. It consists of a tents, shipping containers and other structures gathered in a spacious cistern underground. It is accessible via a series of sewer tunnels and manholes from the surface.
The town has no proper military save for a few volunteer militia members. The main protector of the town is Seraphina Harrison, also known as the White Angel.
