Cistern Town

Cistern Town is a makeshift shanty town filled with refugees that fled from Taranis as well as travelers who became stranded in the Oraulan East Condemned Zone. It consists of a tents, shipping containers and other structures gathered in a spacious cistern underground. It is accessible via a series of sewer tunnels and manholes from the surface. The town has no proper military save for a few volunteer militia members. The main protector of the town is Seraphina Harrison, also known as the White Angel.

Due to the dangerous terrain of the Condemned Zone as well as a treaty preventing the Federation from sending direct aid, most of the denizens of Cistern Town have no choice but to make the area their permanent home. Few have dared to make the journey back to Port Oraulan. The White Angel helps to gather food and supplies by scavenging the wasteland.
