Cetacean

The cetaceans are a series of marine mammal species that evolved human-level intelligence over thousands of years. They consist of species such as dolphins, whales and orcas. They thrive on aquatic planets with some particularly large communities on Yeddo and Merin.

Being aquatic in nature, cetaceans naturally have the most difficulty traversing the galaxy, whales especially as they are some of the largest organisms in the universe. As such, they tend to isolate themselves from the politics of land dwelling species with only a few taking jobs in foreign exchange roles.
