Hantoh
Hantoh is an old city on Yeddo with a long history. Historically, the region was poor in metals, but following the Blackout, society managed to endure by using ancient survival techniques to construct shelters out of the local resources. They historically had conflicts with Kantoh after they attempted various raids to acquire ancient Valerian technology. Today, however, they have peaceful relations with them, having since united under a common leadership in the Mizukuni Isles.
