In Universe PH-323, the PHIA Phorce is headquartered in Cnidaria, the last holdout of free civilization in a galaxy conquered by the Oracle. Unlike its PH-322 counterpart which is a loose mercenary group, the PH-323 version is a full-on coordinated resistance movement to try to liberate humanity from the Oracle's grasp.
Known members
- Sophia "PHIAjellyfish" Delphi - A parallel counterpart to Sophia Delphia where she is instead a hybrid with traits of a jellyfish. She uses these jellyfish theming as part of her personality as a media creator as a means of reaching out to others and telling them how they can help the resistance. She has most of the same powersets as PHIA in PH-322 such as generating bolts of plasma in her hands and using technokinesis. Appearancewise, she looks slightly different due to the Delphi family line marrying along different individuals in the 2,000 years since PHIA Bunny attempted to stop the Oracle.
- Akira Watari - Known as the Azure Samurai, Akira Watari is a warrior that converted his entire body into nanobots, allowing him to change states of matter - making him incredibly mobile. Using gravitons to project himself, he is the PHIA Phorce's eyes and ears in the PH-322 universe. When he got word that the Oracle was attempting to communicate with its dormant PH-322 counterpart, he set out to discretely explore it.
