As the [[Singularity War]] raged on, the remnants of the Valerian Empire had trapped the Oracle in a signal blockade that prevented him from reaching outward from Guf, buying them time to recover their resources and hold the line against the Oracle's armies. It turned out that Ghostie's mission all along was to infiltrate [[Tevaris]], the home of the resistance forces against the Oracle, and eventually find a way to release the Oracle from the blockade. Ghostie was horrified upon learning this, but he couldn't stop all his memories from returning, eventually leading him to reawaken as the Oracle's avatar to lead a full on invasion on Tevaris. Ghostie had seen not just the Oracle's algorithms but also something beyond the universe itself - the words of a dark god intent on conquering all of reality. | |||
