The PHIA Phorce is a mercenary group operating mostly within Port Oraulan and nearby areas. Using Mimi's Milkshakes as a base, they help those in need in exchange for a modest price. They mostly perform various odd jobs for other citizens as well as clearing out Rampants. They also accept bounties to track down fugitives.
