Great Elder CER-AT0PZ is the leader of the city of Varlog, the largest settlement on Archaetron. He holds an equivalent position to that of a Magistrate on Yeddo. The Great Elder is also a practiced shaman, being well-versed in spiritual and religious rituals as well as being able to commune with the virtual life forms that inhabit the Mother Frame.

CER-AT0PZ directly oversaw the rites of passage to adulthood for both T-R3X and DYN-0. The both of them consider CER-AT0PZ to be a father figure of sorts.

Appearance

CER-AT0PZ resembles a bipedal ceratopisan dinosaur. He is tall, but slightly slightly hunched over while his tail keeps his balance. He sports three horns on his face, two large ones above his eyes and a smaller one on his nose. His usual attire is adorned with metallic feathers, and he carries the staff of a shaman with him, which is intricately woven with carbon threads with a chrome dinosaur-like skull at the top.

Personality

Although the years have made him somewhat wary, CER-AT0PZ is very collected and calm. He is deeply in tune with nature and spends a lot of time communing with the spirits. Although he is greatly respected as a later, he has a desire to retire and pass on the mantle of leadership to a worthy successor.

Skills and Abilities

Like other Archaetronians, he is physically very strong although his advanced age has shown itself. His true strength is his shamanism - his knowledge of virutal life forms and the inner workings of the vrNet. Through his soothing words of wisdom, he can calm distressed virtual life forms. He is even able to calm down Rampants enough to make them temporarily docile.
