Dorian Faderson (also known as Dr. Dorian Faderson) is an audio engineer and also a virtual life form researcher. He is the adoptive father of Orion Faderson.
Appearance
Dorian is a tall curvy man with slightly visible facial hair. He has long, brown-black hair and green eyes. His attire of choice consists of tattered coats, cloaks, and, in general, worn out clothes and shoes, something that fits his scavenger personality.
Personality
Dorian is a calm and polite person. He's always all ears whenever he learns something new or whenever someone is discussing important topics with him.
History
Dorian has been curious about virtual life forms ever since he was young. For over two decades, he studied how they were born, the various species of them, the role of the cybernephrine produced within their bodies, and ways to promote their longevity and survival.
Although his main job is being a virtual life form researcher, he is also an audio engineer. He designs sound effects for action and sci-fi movies by recording live sounds and using a variety of software tools to create different special effects.
In 2002 AB, Dorian noticed at the time how a Scrapborn virtual life form popped out from a decaying logic board of a DJ controller while he was searching for scrapped pieces of technology for his studies. That Scrapborn goes by the name of Orion Faderson, and as soon as Orion was born, Dorian adopted him and nurtured him since then.
Dorian recently learned about the trafficking rings that kidnapped virtual life forms and harvested their cybernephrine. He made it a point to protect his son from them as best he could.
In 2023 AB, he became involved with the PHIA Phorce where he talked with a few of its members about his research and how that will help them out in the future.
One day, he heard Emily Reeds talking to Sophia Delphi about how his son and Weston Elliott were a perfect fit for PHIA Phorce. Dorian agreed that it was a fitting idea.
Skills and Abilities
Dorian also serves the role as a medic for virtual life forms around the galaxy. He is also known for making medicine specifically made for them to help prevent them from being corrupted into Rampants, infected with viruses or completely shut down. He also serves the role as a medic for the rest of the PHIA Phorce members.
