Orion Faderson is a young Scrapborn virtual life form born from the decaying logic board of a DJ controller. He is the adoptive son of Dorian Faderson, an audio engineer and a virtual life form researcher.
He and Weston Elliott are a duo, who perform both in the real world and virtual reality under the name of Exodus. They not only produce future bass, progressive and melodic house music, but they also play them. The stage name Exodus became a mainstream DJ and musician duo in early 2021 AB. In Exodus, Orion plays the role of not only the audio engineer, but also the DJ and MC when he's on stage.
Appearance
For a Scrapborn virtual life form, Orion has humanoid resemblances. He has dark blue short hair that is sometimes curly, dark blue skin, mint colored eyes and a white cross shaped birthmark on where his right eye is. Personality: Orion doesn’t stress easily. He’s energetic and chill towards others, he even gets excited by anything on some occasions. Orion "glitches" briefly when excited like a DJ rewind, and he also plays a sound similar to a record scratch whenever he’s frightened or annoyed.
History
Although Dorian Faderson, his father, and Vincent Elliott are close friends, during a visit in Dorian’s laboratory, while they were both discussing virtual life form research, Weston noticed that Dorian brought 6-year old Orion over, and he started telling Dorian that he wants to hang out with his son with no hesitation.
After Weston met him for the first time, they clicked. They shared their interests with each other, and by the time they were both in their teens, they started to take music more seriously. They learned how to blend their strengths, being Weston’s natural production and vocals, and Orion’s creative energy. He also showed Weston the audio engineering skills he learned from his father and Weston had a huge interest in trying music production thanks to that. 2021 AB marked their mainstream debut, a performance on both global virtual reality and physical arena stages.
Emily Reeds recently started to be a fan of Exodus after she went to one of their sets, and she recommended them to the Phan Club and also to Sophia Delphi herself. She told Emily how they’re both fitting for the PHIA Phorce, considering that Orion’s father has long-time ties with her.
When Noriko Drifter first joined the PHIA Phorce in 2024 AB, he not only commissioned her to design an upgrade of his dual daggers, but both him and Weston also made her the new lead artist of the cover artwork for most of Exodus’ discography.
Equipment and abilities
Orion’s weapons of choice are dual daggers that are upgraded by Noriko Drifter, where the hilts of them each have different colors, one being bright blue and one being bright pink. Their blades emanate a mint green glow whenever they’re charged.
Skills and Abilities
Considering that Orion is a type of virtual life form, he can transfer to any piece of technology and has the ability to mess around with them, like glitching them or showing his face through their screens.
