Twinkle is an amnesiac virtual life form that is at least 2,000 years old. He was rescued by Sophia Delphi from cybernephrine poachers. These poachers had originally held him captive after the data crystal he inhabited was discovered at an archaeological digsite on the planet Fractal. Naturally, Twinkle is still a target given that pre-Blackout artifacts are incredibly valuable.

Appearance

Twinkle takes the form of a plump, blue rabbit-like creature with some feline traits. He has long ears and large eyes for his body giving him a juvenile appearance. His limbs barely appear as more than stubs, and he moves around by bouncing on his hind legs.

Personality

Due to spending centuries locked away on a Valerian data crystal as well as being harvested for cybernephrine, Twinkle has lost his memories. While he still retains his personality and intelligence, his complete lack of memories has led to him approaching the world as curious and child-like. He has had to relearn basic information about humans, their history and other common knowledge. Nonetheless, he is very optimistic and happy, always excited to learn new things even if it is something otherwise taken for granted. Twinkle naturally picks up on information very quickly, which can also be attributed to filling in his missing neural pathways.

Twinkle is completely enamored with human emotions and sensory information. Even something as simple as the smell of flowers will have him utterly fascinated. He spends a lot of time reading books, historical and fictional alike. While he can read whole encyclopedias in a matter of seconds, it still takes a lot of time for him to mentally understand what he just read.

Though Twinkle is very upbeat most of the time, he longs to discover his original identity. He wants to bring back what his original personality may have been like.

Skills and Abilities

As a fast reader and a bookworm, Twinkle has an encyclopedic knowledge of a variety of topics that are relevant in many situations. Essentially, he has complete access to all publicly available human knowledge at the present. While his own combat skills are limited, he can provide detailed analyses on a variety of targets such as Rampants. He is quick to identify weakpoints and potential battle strategies for defeating an opponent. His knowledge is entirely theoretical however, so it is up to another member of the PHIA Phorce to execute the plan.
