Angela "AngelHair" Harrison is an aspiring vtuber and member of the PHIA Phorce. She works as a waitress at the pasta restaurant Seraph's, run by her father Joshua Harrison in Yeddo's slums. Although she dislikes conflict and the darker side of PHIA Phorce missions, she still sees PHIA as an inspirational figure and a role model.

Abilities and equipment
